La Neura develops theater workshops open to everyone as a horizontal, participatory and collective creation. These Theater Laboratories of Discomfort are based on the Playground Theater method of Dr. Ramiro Silveira and the Building Blocks method of the company Frantic Assembly. The first focuses on structural play to improve performative capacity, motivation, happiness and restorative capacity; the second focuses on the active connection with the body from simplicity, with the aim of taking control of and reclaiming the body, creating a new healthy relationship with oneself and movement.

The project is conceived as a horizontal, participatory and collective creation. In this way, the final work is considered an achievement of each individual and, at the same time, a goal achieved collectively. During the creative process, all the proposed ideas will be valued and explored equitably, and it will be the group that will decide how to use them in the collective creation. In this way, each member will be able to observe their contribution to the original piece and, at the same time, will have contributed to the joint decisions.
