The proposed workshop arises as a response to the following questions: Why do we have the need to express our pain? What is the point of sharing these experiences? What is the difference between talking about it and working on it through art? La Neura creates a space for exploration, listening and collaboration based on methods based on Playground Theatre. (Recreation Theater) and Building Blocks (Building Blocks) to help break the silence surrounding mental health and collectivize our individual stories.
